Refund policy
- All products purchased from glowempire.in are applicable for exchange.
- Customers can exchange their products within 7 days of the order delivery.
- All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- To schedule an exchange please drop us an email at support@glowempire.in along with your order and exchange details.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- No exchange applicable on self-designed products, we can only exchange these products if the received product is damaged or defective.
- Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@glowempire.in and we will get back to you.
- If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned within 7 days of delivery. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can contact us on support@glowempire.in.
Refund Policy:
- You can ask for a refund against any of your products within 7 days of its date of delivery.
- To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at support@glowempire.in along with your order and return details.
- All refunds will be credited to original payment method within 6-7 days after the product is received at our Warehouse.
- After we receive the package and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to your Bank/Wallet account. You can use these balances while placing a fresh order on the website. Refund of Shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- You can use the wallet amount to place the exchange order. In case the size you want is unavailable, you may place a fresh order for a different design.
Cancellations Policy:
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
- Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button for the respective order.
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. User can reject courier delivery.
- When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
Please Note: you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at support@glowempire.in within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
