PureHaven offers free shipping across India for paid or cash on delivery orders with order values greater than Rs. 499 and a charge of Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499.

No, PureHaven currently ships only within India and does not accept international orders.

We do not offer discounts based on the quantity of products ordered. However, we recommend ordering multiple items in a single purchase, as shipping costs are primarily based on the weight of the package. This way, you get more value for the shipping fee.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on the types and combinations of products you've selected. This approach helps us ensure that each item reaches you as quickly as possible.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as one of the payment options only for orders across India. We charge a nominal Rs. 50 as shipping charge for all COD orders if order value is below Rs. 499.

Orders within India are usually delivered within 4-7 working days. Orders that are completed on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or after 11:30 am on a normal working day are shipped on the next working day. International orders will take 7 – 10 days to get processed and 5-10 days to be delivered depending on the location.

Yes, you can definitely update your information or change the product within 24 hours from the time of order. You can do so by mailing us at support@glowempire.in and we’d be glad to help you out with the same.

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account page on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.
